The LWF Assembly Coordinator is Rev. Arthur Leichnitz from the LWF headquarters in Geneva.

The Convenor of the Assembly Local Committee is Mrs. Rhonda Lorch from the National Office of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada.

The Logistics Coordinator is Ms. Heidi Wilker.
