The Ninth Biennial National Convention of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada was held June 12-15, 2003 on the campus of Augustana University College, Camrose, Alberta.
Over 550 delegates, visitors, volunteers and office staff worked together, in Christian cooperation, to consider, discuss and make decisions about the current business issues of the ELCIC.
