The 2009 National Convention The Twelfth Biennial Convention of ELCIC - In Mission for Others: Signs of Hope - was held at the University of British Columbia (UBC) in Vancouver, BC from June 25-28, 2009. Convention Sunday National Bishop Susan C. Johnson prepared a sermon that was used by congregations on the Sunday of Convention, June 28.
